Hi everyone,
One of my directs runs the catering and hospitality department, I was wondering if anyone knew of any interesting & informative management style catering / restaurant books, they would recommend?

Books for Christmas
Danny Meyer's Setting the Table is fantastic. He is a NYC restaurant owner who is GREAT at customer service, and believes it's about the customer and not the food (alone). He is known as a gracious host and I want to say he owns 10+ restaurants.
HIGHLY recommended.
