Does anyone have recommendations for an effective calendar management tool?  I am specifically looking for a tool that fits into Manager Tools way of performing calendar management (delegate, do, dump), setting priorities, etc.  It also has to work with iPhone for mobility purposes.

I currently use Remember the Milk (works on iPhone) but it really isn't very good for business purposes.  I also use Outlook for email/calendar (company software) which isn't very good.  I have tried Franklin Covey's software that integrates with Outlook but it didn't work (crashed Outlook too often for me.)

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Thank you

In the past i felt that looking for tools to help out with simple processes such as delegate, do and dump was pretty important.

However, i found that looking for tools was just a proxy for putting the process in place. I've found that just by examining my Outlook inbox and working out what could be safely dumped quickly left me with the rest of the items to do, delegate or defer.

Of course once i'd done that i had more time to spend on productivity porn like http://inboxzero.com/video/

I've found David Allen's little $10 booklet on his site on how to use Lotus Notes - email, calendar, to-do - for complete time management in the office very helpful. I've followed it religiously. Frustrating that Notes does not work with iPhone. You can go to Allen's website for more information.
