I have recently read a book "Theory ZYX of successful change management" by Nigam Arora. Is there anybody out there who could explain me or express his opinion about this book ? I had a lot of expectations but probably I misunderstood completely the author's concept. It seems an improbable list of success stories without clear indications on how to reach it.

Never read it, but it sounds like almost every other business book I read - surprising success with no real help on how to get there.
