This year I was able to purchase iPOD Nano's for my DRs. Of course, they were pre-loaded with MT podcasts. Last week I handed them out in my staff meeting (this one was over lunch) and asked them to listen to the podcasts (starting with the MT Basics feed) and that we would most likely be talking about them in our O-3s.
I had told them all about MT before and how it's changed my style of management. They all agreed, but never ventured out to listen for themselves.
This week all of my DR's have been raving about their gift (and the iPODs too)!! I'm seeing my team transform in front of my eyes. Thanks Mark and Mike (and team)!!!
