Hi

What are peoples thoughts on getting others to stick up for themselves in terms of ideas?

This is something that comes pretty natural to me, and although I have ideas, I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this?

What's the behaviour we're trying to change here Matt?

Is your direct capitulating at the first crticism or inspection of their idea? Do you want them to argue for their concept (rather than themselves) or are they sustaining personal criticism?

Hi Matt,

Each person within an organization has great ideas. The challenge is in the preparation in bringing the idea to the table. Helping our employees create the foundation of putting the "idea" in a pitch deck or business case, allows them to build a strong case. Similar to how you've created the "12 weeks of Preparing for Your Own Review," there may be key steps or templates that can help individuals take their ideas to business propositions.
