I don't believe that the date sort for the podcasts lists works correctly.  I would expect it to resort the entire results list (all pages) whether filtered or unfiltered.  For example, if I clicked on Podcasts > Manager Tools Podcasts and then clicked the triangle on the Date field I'd expect "Solution to a Stalled Technical Career" to be the first result.

Although this took a lot longer to figure out than anticipated, the sorting of the podcasts is fixed. In addition to the date sorting properly, you can now sort by title of the cast as well.
