Hello all,

Thanks to the great MT interview series guidance I was offered a position with a new company! However I felt my current team was a better fit and I declined the offer (also using MT guidance).

I had declined verbally twice to lesser verbal "offers".  Then a third time, in writing to the official offer (using the guidance of "until you've got something, you've got nothing").

Two weeks later, the new company has asked me to reconsider their offer. They only changed the start date to February 2014 (after the end of my current project).

This seems a long time away to make such a commitment, and a lot can change both at my current position, and the new company in that time.

* Should I add anything to the MT format for declining in this situation?

*... or just repeat the previous letter (in spirit at least)?

Thanks,

Ken
