Hi - I and a couple members of my team just recently started listening to a bunch of the "basics" podcasts. We really like the feedback model, but we aren't sure what to do with a direct report that
- Works remotely, or
- Works in an open office (no cubes)
I understand the feedback should be timely, casual, etc. -- but I can't think of a good way to deliver it in those situations.
