Hi all,

I'd like to arrange for our team members to do the DISC profile and learn how to use it to work with others, and I'd like it to be facilitated by someone. I have a lot of practical experience with it, but I don't feel comfortable actually running a team-oriented session on it.

Our team is mostly based in London, with a few folk in various global regions. I'd like to get someone facilitating in the room in London and get the regions via conference call to participate (not ideal, but travel budgets and all that). I've done a quick google and can't find anyone who runs these.

Does anyone have any companies / contacts / ideas they could share?

 Hi Kathryn,

I was thinking about doing something similar a while ago, and asked around at the time. Someone recommended http://www.peopletrack.co.uk to me. I haven't used them myself, though. 

I've also spoken to others in the UK who have been through similar training that didn't have the name DiSC. Instead of the four quadrants being named D, I, S and C, they were colours (red, yellow, blue and green). Otherwise this was basically identical. I did have the name of the company that delivered that, but annoyingly I can't find it.

If you do run this, please post back the approach you take, and how it goes, as I'd love to hear.

We do a "team audit"  which basically gives you what you require, with help and support and general guidance. Check out the Thomas International website I'm sure you will find all you need there.
