Do we roll out Delegation?

Hi,

I have been doing O3 for 9 months now.  I have rolled out Feedback and Coaching recently.  So I was preparing to roll out Delegation.  But then when I listened to the Rolling Out the Trinity podcast again, there was no mention of how to roll that out.

Are we not supposed to roll that part out?
