I'm a member, and trying to get Premium Content Documents using either I-Tunes or Google Reader, but those links don't seem to work. (I don't have trouble with others)

I'd love to help. Unfortunately, I can't seem to recreate the problem here; I'm able to download with your account.

Would you mind giving me some more details on the specific issues you're having (e.g., error message, what you see)?

Hi Mike,
I was using Firefox. Google Reader msg was "the feed being requested cannot be found." When I read your msg, I decided to try using Internet Explorer, and I was able to get one of the feeds with I-Tunes.

All of the Premium Content Documents went into I-Tunes, but the Enhanced Podcasts are listed but not accessible (greyed out with a warning signal (!).) When I click the warning, I get a msg which says "There was a problem downloading. An internal server error occurred. Please check that the URL is correct and that the connection to the network is active."

I got the URL from clicking on your website, and my internet connection is active. I was mostly wanting access to the documents -- and I got them! The enhanced podcasts are not as important to me. If I'm the only one with this problem, it must be a setting on my computer, and I don't expect you to waste your time on that!
