If you are a medium/small business owner, don't hesitate and buy it !
It is really packed with lots of information and ideas that make sense.
The general idea is "stop selling", "start marketing". Meaning you have to settle a process that will get you very well qualified prospects, so you don't need anymore to sell them something. They will buy it.
The idea is well known (and wise).
But the process description, ideas and principles in this book are the best I have seen about the subject. There are also a lots of good principles about running your website, blog, crm, etc.
