I was glad to read this post on managing DIVA's (Difficult, Infallible, Victoms, Arrogant) in Engineering teams. At it's core, the guidance mirrors the MT Feedback model. It encourages focus on behavior, not personality. And it calls for the manager to ask for a change in behavior. 

Really encouraging to see more writers thinking along the same lines as MT.
