Dear fellow forum members,
The Sr. VP of my department has offered to provide me access to an executive coach as part of my professional development. I am excited about the opportunity and want to make the most of it. However, having had no experience with these creatures, I don't know what to expect. I am assuming that I should come to the first meeting with goals for my development (similar to Mark & Mike's recommendations in the Mentor podcast), but beyond that I'm drawing a blank. Any pointers on how to prepare or what to expect would be much appreciated.
