A question for experienced Manager Tools folks out there.  If you're the type of manager who has followed the MT Trinity guidance for many years, so that you're well practiced and comfortable with the model, and have rolled it out in new roles or with new teams a few times, has there been any discussion or guidance here about potentially rolling things out a bit faster if you're starting a senior level job?

For example, if you were stepping into a new Director role (ie manager of managers), I would say you'd start O3s within 3 weeks of arriving (so that your directs can make sure they have room in their calendars!), but would you want to wait 6-8 weeks before announcing the feedback model, etc?

In other words, do you all think the guidance should remain that you wouldn't give negative feedback to top performers until 12-16 weeks after announcing the feedback model?

Thoughts?
