Hello!
BLUF: In the process of hiring an assistant, and I want to optimize the questions we are asking candidates' referees. What do you always ask?
Background: Using the Interview Tool (it is great, BTW), and now that our interview questions are so much better, I want to raise the bar on the questions we are asking referees.
What are your favourite questions to ask when you are contacting candidates' references? What questions do you think are useless?
