Hi folks,
If you are a manager in the US Federal Government, or have had any experience with the Federal hiring process and are also familiar with MT practices, please email me (private message through this web site). I could use advice.
I have been reviewing the MT hiring podcasts and other information on this site.
The Federal hiring system (U.S. Federal Government) is not helpful at hiring good people MT style, but it is VERY good and administering regulations.
MT folks, if you are reading this, and know of some info in podcasts or elsewhere relating to Federal hiring, I'll take all the help I can get.
