Hello all,
I've only just discovered the MT Basics podcast and have really enjoyed listening to the feedback model and am starting to apply it day to day.
However, I have people who report to me as part of projects but I am not actually their line maanger. I also sometimes need to feedback to people about things that I do not see at the time but that come to my attention slightly later on.
How can I apply the standard feedback model if the person I'm giving feedback to doesn't immediately know what the subject of the feedback is?
