Hi to all,

 

I've been working with Recruiter and did a few interviews for different companies. This being said, even if the interview was with a member of the hiring team, how should I do the follow-up as recomended in the Interviewing Series.

My only contact is the recruiter (who has to go throught the account manager - who must have another contact in the company? I rather contrat the team member, but still, I feels weird to bypass the recruter and inpolite to search for the contact info.

I wasn't 3 tiers away, only 2. What I did was verbal feedback through the recruiter and a written letter to the hiring manager. It's easy and normal to look up an address. IMP verbal feedback directly to the hiring manager would be weird (maybe inappropriate?)
