I'm starting to use the very nice one on one form from Manager Tools, but I'm wondering if there is a similar tool that I could use for my own benefit when I meet with MY supervisor? I know you can't manage your boss, but it seems that I need to better manage the information and action items that are coming from my meetings.

Why not just use the same form? It's just two people talking about stuff. No need for a special form... thousands do it this way.

I just wanted to chime in and say that I've been using the same form for both one-on-ones with my directs and one-on-ones with my boss for the last 8 months or so, with equal effectiveness.
