In 2006 my organization wen through a merger and I found myself the head of a new department with internal customers from both former parts. Many of these customers from the "other" division were unknown to me and I to them. About that time, I listened to this cast, followed Mark and Mike's suggestions, and was extremely pleased with the outcomes of the interviews. (As was my boss, who received feedback from his peers after my interviews with them.) The actions I took definitely strengthened the relationships of the staff new to me as well as those I had known for years.

My wife now finds herself in a similar position so I reached out to the fine folks at MT and they provided me with this link. I cannot recommend this 'cast highly enough for those of you in similiar circumstances. Kudos to Wendii for rapidly responding.
