We are currently rolling out the trinity and have been doing one on ones and have been giving feedback a little. We have a few questions which we would love advice on. During the 6-8 week period where we are only giving positive feedback how would be handle situations where a direct clearly shows poor behaviour, do we simply ignore this or can we/should we provide negative feedback on this during the initial 6-8 week period?
