Hi- I just got promoted to my first people management job. I get to build my own team to work a new program that my organization i starting. I'm a bit embarassed that it took me this long (here's my first post from way back in 2006 lol ) but thanks to the lessons I learned here my new boss is trusting me with a role normally reserved for for a seasoned manager. Thanks for all the great content. I believe it's made a difference. Might be time to invest in a personal license.
