There's a lot of great stuff out there for folk getting ready for interviews.  The MT interview series (for those that don't know click here: http://www.manager-tools.com/interviewing-series), and Wendii's forum post on Behavioral Questions (here: http://www.manager-tools.com/forums-1735) are two excellent resources on the MT website.

I recently went into an interview and got handed a great opportunity to prove myself with a simply crafted question from the interviewer.  In spite of all the hours of prep I'd put in, I had neither come across it nor thought of it for myself.  I took a stab at it but I know I would have smacked it out of the park if I'd prepared for it in advance.

With this in mind I'd like to start a post to collect Great Interview Questions that MT folk use in their interviews or have been asked by an interviewer.

Here's the one that I got asked :

Q:  If you get this position, what do you plan to do in your first 100 days?

Your Great Interview Questions?...

Hey littlejus,

If you do a search through the forums, there's several great interview questions already thrown out there, including behavioral based ones. The one I always ask is:

"What are you better at than anybody else? What could you "school" me on?"
