Hi Mike, Mark and the rest of the MT community,
My name is Roy and I work for a company that focuses on motivating specific consumer behavior to drive immediate and measurable results. We blend breakthrough creativity with cutting-edge technology to help our clients effectively drive customer acquisition and retention. It is a relatively new company (8 years) and has experienced tremendous growth in both size and revenue in the past 2 years.
I currently lead a team of 7 people whose core responsibilities is to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our drawing process eliminating fraudulent activity and ensuring only eligible consumers receive prizes.
I have been a manager for 8 years (on and off) and have unquestionably seen the most career growth since I was first exposed to Manager-Tools in August 2006.
I was born and raised in the New York City area, graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in MIS, and have since settled in Detroit with my wonderful wife and two children.
Words cannot say how much I am looking forward to the MT Conference this week to help take my MT training to the next level.
I am a High "I" with a strong "D".
I look forward to meeting some of you at the conference this week, and interacting with the rest of you as MT continues to grow.

Hey Roy,
I didn't realize you are from Detroit! I grew up in Westland. Your work seems pretty interesting. Do you work with a single customer for many months/years? Or do you have shorter projects with each customer?
