I had a recent discussion with a recruiter and we talked a little bit about DISC. He told me he has been trained on a similar method called "ProcessCom".
This technique was developed in the States and is used by the NASA I think.

One of the principle is to classify individuals by observing their behavior, in 6 categories : workaholic, rebel, promoter, persisting, empathic, dreamer. And then to adapt our communication on the other's profile.

Does anyone here have any experience on that?
