I was curious if someone could give a point-by-point breakdown of the following HBR article https://hbr.org/2016/08/how-to-manage-managers
I found that much of it didn't resonate with me and had a few questions. How well should one know our SKIPs? Are we expecting our directs (who are managers) to manage exactly the way that we manage?
