Hi All,
I recently stumbled upon the HBS: Results Driven Manager series, and was looking for some opinions. They appear to have very targeted advice in compact books (maybe even quick reads).
Has anyone read anything from this series? What did you think?
Thanks
David
HBS: Results Driven Manager Series
David-
Yes, I've read all of them. (How do you think I get to 200 books a year?)
I find them to be some of the best in terms of tactical advice, although sometimes some of the articles are a little far afield of the core topic, or just too high a level to be valuable for most managers. (It always worries me, even though it shouldn't, that people who are senior enough to use stuff like that don't know it.)
I heartily recommend them, and they are on my list to blog about at some point.

Mark,
Thanks. With such a great recommendation like that, I see an order in my future.
