Hi there,
Looks like, that I am the MT-"Nordlicht" in Germany. Some short Details about me.
Started my career with planing and project management around sewage plants. Switched 2000 from waste water to tcp/ip. I worked for different companies and had every time problems to manage other people (Why do they want to explain things completly and who is interested in feelings?).
It got better after having own kids. A year ago I started to listening MT podcasts and made my first DISC. The profile was shocking - my wife agreed 100% with the profile. So I deceided to try some MT - getting a better manager - started one-on-ones. They work. Feedback will be the next step.
I have been to a MT conference. Awesome, best conference ever.
