I was just promoted from supervisor to manager. During my review I received some feedback that I need to present myself better when speaking in meetings to upper management. Where do I start? I do struggle sometimes articulating my thoughts into words and I think this is where this came from. I start stumbling on my words and then get nervous. Any tips?
