It is that time of the year again in our organisation where we plan for next year and as always when we reflect on what we set out to achieve we are still failing on our execution of the strategy. Employees seem to be less connected to our CEOs vision and plan for the next 3-5 years. 

One of  my peers came back for a Lean training course and is eager to implement  "hoshin Planning" into our organisation as its concepts tackle the issues we have. 

my questions would be 

1. Do any of the community implement this process? 

2. Can you share any insights in its success? 

3. Are there any challenges we should be aware of?
