How do you effectively communicate achievement and results to your supervisor?  I struggle to effectively communicating my acheivements and results to my supervisor, who is a senior executive that is a high I.  As a high D & C, I tend to get work done, achieve results and don't expect much fanfare.  She prefers to receive information verbally rather than reading, but unfortuantely my monthly updates are frequently cancelled and moved.  I simply want to improve myself and ensure that my supervisor has an accurate view of my contributions.
