I'm going to go back and review the Effective Meetings podcasts, but I need to get deeper than that.
Our team is hosting an offsite next week and I think it will be a great opportunity to step up my level of execution and behaviors so I can demonstrate my effectiveness.
I'm really hoping someone from MT reads this and has feedback as we all know they just hosted their own offsite (btw - do the survey! The video was a nice touch.). I wonder what worked well for them, what didn't? It would be nice to have a Podcast on Effective Offsites, but I don't think that will be the topic next week.
Any tips on running a two-day strategy session with the goal being to lay the groundwork for 2015?
