I am following the trinity rollout timeline. It's now time to start giving positive feedback to my three directs.

Simple question: how often should I provide feedback?

I bet the simple answer is: as often as possible! But realistically, how often should that be? Once a day for each person? Once every two days?

My team sits together and works together (think: agile scrum team). There will be many opportunities to observe good behaviours. I just don't to go overboard, especially at the start. Nor do I want to repeat myself too often.
