I've been doing one-on-ones with my directs for a while now, and I love it. I'd like to request doing a weekly one-on-one with my boss. Any suggestions about how to do it? I have a great relationship with her, so I'm not worried about anything going wrong; I'm just looking for tips about how best to do it.
