Hi there,
I have a question about expectations from/of senior managers.
As a people manager, I know that most of my job is around Feedback, Coaching and Delagating so that I can get the people I manager to deliver the Outcomes that are needed in order to make me succesful in my position.
In general, is it expected of CEOs to be provide the same level of engagement to the executives they manage or are they expected to be at a level where the CEO can just sort of hire and expect the C suite to get it done?
I'm a new exec and am not getting anything from my boss, but I'm not sure if I should be expecting it in the first place.
