A quick review I wrote on LinkedIn to share:
"Amazing book with a ton of examples on how CEO's putting people first is a direct reflection on company profits. The major chapters that added tremendous value for me is on putting the people in the corporation ahead of stockholders, bringing out people's best abilities through motivation programs and coming up with a fair and balanced compensation system that encourages people the work as a team instead of being individualistic. Definite recommend!"
Quite a dense book and heavy reading due to the heavy examples and the tons of business research on "Building Profits by putting People First". The examples however were fantastic and quite motivating to read (e.g. on Apple motivating it's employees and Toyota's management practices)
I can definitely see why Mike and Mark recommend this book! Questions or comments? Please leave a post!
