What do you do with a significant project that you were Project Manager for if, for reasons outside the control of the project, the project was cancelled three quarters of the way through?   Do you bother listing it and the achievements in the project up to that point or do you just drop it out completely?

In my case, the PM role was in addition to my day-to-day role so dropping it wouldn't require leaving a gap that needs explaining.  However, it is the biggest project involvement I've had for 10+ years so it was valuable experience on the CV up until the point when the project was cancelled with most of the deliverables still to be met.  Up until then, it was on time, on budget.  The Scope had changed frequently by the governing authority who eventually decided it was no longer needed.

Thanks for any guidance
