Folks - I would love to hear your thoughts on this style of an interview: http://tinyurl.com/kzeybvy . It comes from trying to find design management leaders (everything from graphic to processor design), feels kind of anti-MT, and seems that it could be biased toward people that know how to draw as well. On the flip side, being able to quickly and simply express an idea or concept visually is a vital skill in design management. What's your opinion?
