I would like to thank Mark and Mike for your tremendous podcasts.
It gives me great pleasure to let them know that I have been promoted.
I can say that it happened because I applied everything that I learned from the casts.
HR was extremely impressed by the performance reviews being done early.
They said they had never seen a self evaluation as comprehensive and as well laid out as the one I did after listening to the cast on self eval prep.
Again, thanks for everything.
PS I'll send a consulting fee as soon as I get my first check in the new position :D

Congratulations! Glad we were able to help... and, for the record, the credit ALWAYS goes to the one in the ring.
