I am a young professional in my mid twenties. I have been at my job for a little over two years. I like my organization and its mission; however, over the last six months or so I have started to notice a growing sense of apathy in my day-to-day work. My focus has become less strong and my drive to reach my goals is weaning.

I’m not yet convinced that a career change at this point is the right answer. What practices have you used in your professional careers to refocus and relight the fire? How do you get out of the "funk?"
