I have been an employee at my location for 20 years. I have been a frontline supervisor for 2 years.
Well today I just found out that the plant manager is resigning.
I would like to apply for the position.
One of the requirements:
- BA/BS in Engineering, Operations Management, or other technical integrated supply chain discipline
I'm 25 hours short of my degree.
How should i approach this interview, knowing that this is a basic qualification?
