I am a big fan of the Jump Starting Internal Client Relationships podcast, and I am hoping to get advice on how to approach new hires that will potentially be new internal clients. We have two new senior VPs and my boss has invited them to our staff meeting for a meet and greet.

In this case, I assume that we can go a little longer in presenting what we do and who we are, as they are completely unfamiliar with our department. We have a ten minute presentation prepared. I also plan to ask them what their goals are - they have been here about three weeks now. Is there anything else I should include?
