Hello,
I've found myself thinking a lot recently about the topic of KPIs specific to Managers. I have KPIs for my team that are reported monthly. If a KPI is meant to be an indicator of how effecitvely my team is performing, then is there value in me having personal KPIs around how I manage that are reported? For example, percentage of 1:1s completed in a month. This should always be 100%, and if I am not holding 1:1s this would provide visibility to my manager.
I'm interested in feedback from the communiy. Has anyone else considered something like this? Am I overthinking this whole thing and shouldn't bother with a "personal KPI"?
Thanks,
Andrew
