I've been given the feedback more often than not that I'm extremely good at finding the challenges and issues around problems incl. also provide possible solutions for them - BUT I have a tendency to lists those outright and that often makes people think a specific challenge and issue is my personal point-of-view rather than me listing the concern.

The best I can describe as is that I tell what the situation is rather than letting my directs and peers discover it them self.

I keep being told if I would just ask questions rather than tell the solution I would be better off.

I've tried but I keep failing/falling back to telling.

Anyone can recommend podcasts or books or trainings that can help one getting better at asking rather than telling ?
