I'd like a recommendation on how to represent a leave of absence on my resume.

In February of 2016 I started a leave of absence. In July my leave ended, but I wasn't ready to return to work so I left the company.

On my resume, it feels most up-front to list February as the end of my employment, even though I was technically employed with the company until July. Does that seem right to others as well?

Thanks for any recommendations!
