Quick question for you guys,
Do you feel it would be a good idea for myself, a team member, to contact (email) the MD of the company asking for advise / pointers to help aim my career.
If so, what to ask, what not to ask etc.
Theory side of things, would it really help me, would the MD really be happy to spend some time replying to the email?
Depends - and generally yes.
But why don't you listen to the cast on mentoring?
