I am going back, again, and listening to all of the older casts. I have to say that I love them and how they convey the message.
One of the most accurate statements I can make, from my own perspective, is that I think is great that you stress starting and ending meetings on time while your casts occasionally run over. I feel that this conveys that occasionally it is ok to go long when the material or discussion warrants it but always try to keep on schedule.
