Management consultants / mentors in Sydney, Australia?

Does anyone have any management consultants / mentors they would specifically recommend to help an inexperienced CEO to get comfortable with the role and drive the organisation to succeed?

Our CEO has been making noises in the direction of needing a bit of help working out precisely how to "be" a CEO.  He's a smart bloke, but without a background in management or executive life.  He's realised that running a small-but-growing company (from 20 to 40 in the last 2 years, in the IT industry) isn't something you can just wing if you want to do it really well, and he wants to do it really well.

While MT is on the list of possibilities (and, in a perfect world, we'd have already engaged them), being on the other side of the world makes the logistics problematic.  Does anyone have any specific recommendations for management mentors / consultants / whatever who are Sydney-based (regular face-to-face chats are a desired part of the process) and who won't tear down all the MT stuff I've started to put in place?  Budget really isn't an issue, we've got the money to pay for whatever's necessary to get the job done.
