I hope, as english is not my first languague, that I'll be clear with my question...
I will be soon promoted to a new manager role created into the company I'm working for. I'll become manager for my current colleagues, which makes me a little unconfortable; in the sense of taking my role to that new level. I've been considered as a leader in the team already and I don't think anyone will disapprove my nomination (as far as I know) - and I don't think I'll have the chalenge to deal with workers that doubt my skills as their new manager.
My conserns are more in the form of building those new relationships with the members of team as some became friends over the years (I've been working for 10 years for the organisation).
Any tips or advices for that oportunity?
